Scope of Work

Tanner Terrace provides much-needed affordable housing support for Indigenous families. The project is jointly owned and driven by Vernon Native Housing Society and BC Housing.

This three storey wood-frame development includes ten housing units and surface parking.

  • The members of the Scuka team have been a pleasure to deal with and make the construction administration go well. Consequently, the Society of Hope has built numerous projects with Scuka. The Society of Hope is actively working with Scuka on developing a new project to expand the Society housing portfolio. The Society looks forward to beginning this new project with Scuka in the near future.

I have no hesitation in recommending Scuka Construction to other housing providers as I am confident they will do an excellent job.
