Being a family-founded company with over 50 years in the construction industry, we’re rooted in family morals and believe everyone’s voice is important. No major changes (including hiring) are done in a silo.
We believe that family and work-life balance is important; that’s why we have a rest day policy on Saturdays. No work on Saturdays, period.

Site Safety Officer

Valid OFA 3. This is a hands-on role with site safety coordination, first aid responsibilities, and participation in daily construction activities. Working closely with the Site Superintendent, project team, and trade partners.
