With his international experience as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager, Fernando brings a wealth of knowledge to the Scuka team. His commitment to the job leads him to continually investigate new techniques and technologies on how to minimize costs and speed up processes.
Several of Fernando’s responsibilities include:
Gary brings a diverse skillset for balancing customer relations and construction development at every stage of a build. Having worked on many Multi-Family, Commercial and Industrial projects over the past 20 years, Gary has adopted the most current methodologies and quality control processes to help projects achieve completion and client satisfaction. Gary is responsible for facilitating sub-trade tender packages, scheduling, chairing monthly meetings and liaising with the entire project team to deliver a successful project.
With a bachelor’s in civil engineering, Paula applies her strong organization skills to help manage multiple projects and teams. Paula is responsible for contract management, liaising with clients, sub-trades and suppliers and coordinating actionable items, including RFI’s, Submittals and Change Orders. Paula keeps the information highway flowing between the office and the sites. Her quick technical intuition equips Scuka with a detail-oriented tech-savvy mentor who is always available to find the most efficient solutions possible.
Anna has over 40 years of experience as an office administrator and brings a great breadth of knowledge to the Scuka team. From customer service and data entry to accounts payable and receivable to everything in between, Anna’s our go-to-gal for all things administration.
Kim wears many hats at Scuka. She has over 25 years of experience in managing financials. Along with submitting monthly project draws, Kim oversees AR, Payroll and IT, including remittance of government taxes and preparing periodic financial reports. She supports the team and clients in any way possible.
Dan has been at the helm of Scuka since 1991 when he took the reins from his father Mario. Dan has vast experience in market housing, non-market housing, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Dan also develops some of his own projects, so he is well versed in exactly what clients need from their Construction Management team.
