Being a family founded company with over 50 years in the construction industry, we’re rooted in family morals and believe everyone’s voice is important. No major changes (including hiring) are done in a silo.
We believe that family and work-life balance is important, that’s why we have a rest day policy on Saturdays. No work on Saturdays, period.
