Apple Valley building 3 consists of 47 mixed market units. There are one bedroom units, two bedroom units and specially modified accessible units. This building was successfully completed in 2018. The project construction went very well. The Scuka team implemented a number of construction improvements learned from Apple Valley building 2. The project was completed successfully and the fit and finish are excellent.

I have no hesitation in recommending Scuka Construction to other housing providers as I am confident they will do an excellent job.
